| Master's Degree |

In today’s society of knowledge, tangible and intangible cultural heritage plays an increasingly central role in the sustainable development and identity of a territorial area. Leisure time is becoming increasingly important in the lives of people; more and more cultural events are being organised, an increasing number of tourist opportunities are emerging, and cultural districts are being created. In the last few years, people have become more culturally aware and demanding about cultural content and organisation in terms of work, interests and leisure. Therefore, traditional professional profiles need to be integrated with specialised cross sector skills to come up with new ideas and boost creative capacity.
BAICR’s master's course, which makes use of the know-how and experience of prestigious and dynamic institutions such as the CEIS Tor Vergata, is based on the transmission of knowledge and experience aimed at new social, economic and cultural contexts. It provides a global view of the "cultural system", from management to product design and the organisation of cultural activities.
Focusing on the needs of the jobs market and job opportunities, the Master’s programme includes operational links with enterprises, institutions and cultural training centres (field projects, internships, case studies etc), bearing in mind the participants’ place of origin.
The course gives participants the professional qualifications to apply for management jobs both in public administration offices and in the culture and tourism industry. It is taught through a methodology that creates shared language and valorises previous training experiences.
